How do I dual pair my Speaqua speakers?

Step 1: Make sure both speakers are POWERED ON and in close proximity to each other. First pair Speaker A to your smart device. Speaker B should not be paired to a device but rather set in Bluetooth pairing mode. To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the “play/pause” button for 2 seconds. This is indicated by a blinking blue light. 


Step 2: Press and hold the “Next” button for 2 seconds on Speaker A. This is indicated by a flashing “blue and white” light on Speaker A.

 

Step 3: The two speakers will then pair together. Speaker A will turn to a blue LED light. Speaker B will turn to a solid “white” light to indicate that the two speakers have successfully been paired to each other. Once successfully paired, select a song of your choice and music will start playing from both speakers.

Is the Speaqua Bluetooth speaker 100% waterproof?

Yes, all of our speakers are functionally waterproof. This means that they can function and continuously play music IN, AROUND, AND UNDER water independent of a smart device. Our speakers are able to be submerged down to 3 feet of water.

How do I download music to my Speaqua speaker?

Note: Downloading music is for the Vibe, X and Pro models only. The speaker must be POWERED ON first. To add new music, plug the micro USB cord into the speaker's charging port and the USB side into your computer. A folder will then appear with your speaker’s name. Drag and drop desired songs into the folder (only compatible with .mp3 song files), in the order you want them to play. To remove songs, simply drag each file out of your speakers folder and into the computer's trash bin. Disconnect by safely ejecting the USB from the computer.

How do I charge up my Speaqua speaker?

Charging your speaker is easy. Simply attach one end of your USB charging cord to the speakers charging input and the other to a wall outlet USB AC adapter or USB input (computer, Speaqua Power Bank, etc).

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy where once returned, we will inspect the speaker to confirm eligibility for a refund. Please review our policy page here for more details.

What comes with my Speaqua speaker?

All speaker orders come with the speaker, USB charging cord and a user manual. Please refer to your user manual upon receipt for additional packaging content information. 

Why won't my Barnacle (Vibe, Pro model) show up on my Computer?

Ensure the speaker is powered on before plugging the device into your computer.

Why won't my songs download onto the speaker?

Barnacle Vibe + Pro models only allow MP3 files to be downloaded. You can convert M4A files to MP3 with any online converter.

How long is the battery life?

The Cruiser H2.0: 5 hours

Barnacle Pro: 8 hours

Barnacle Vibe 2.0: 8 hours

Why is the volume low?

Sometimes, when the battery is low, the volume tends to be very limited. All you need to do is re-charge the battery!

I lost my charger, what should I do?
